Information regarding your stay

• For every added person above the age of 14 a daily fee of 18,00 € will be added.
• Children from 0-3 years stay at no additional cost, from 4-14 years 12,00 € per day
• The tourism tax is 1,75 € per day and person for guests age 14 and older (Premium Holidaypass included).
• The payment of this tax entitles you to use all the public transport and many other activities.
• The Premium Holidaypass discount card is an exclusive offer from the member establishments of our Tourism Association. It allows free use of public transport in South Tyrol – buses, regional trains and several lift facilities – and includes a varied program of events as well as discounts on many services.
• We charge 30 € for the final cleaning
• Our apartment house offers a sauna area on payment: 30,00 € for 4 hours, sauna towels and refreshments included
• In the home-owned business you get the possibility to enjoy your daily breakfast
• Included services: Bedding, towels, kitchenware, TV, free Internet (WLAN)
• There is a roof terrace to relax on
• A washing room is available
• The whole house is fit for wheelchairs and each apartment is reachable by elevator
• Smoking is not permitted anywhere in our house! Should still be smoked, we charge an additional cleaning fee of 100 €
