The apartment offers space for 4-6 people on 57m² and is located on the 2nd floor of our house including elevator.
The apartment has a double room, a four-bed room with double bed and two single beds including bed linen, a cozy living area, a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, microwave and coffee machine, two bathrooms with shower, bidet, hairdryer and towels, as well as a large, sunny balcony.
The apartment also has a safe, TV and WiFi.

Information regarding your stay
For every added person above the age of 14 a daily fee of 18,00 € will be added.
Children from 0-3 years stay at no additional cost, from 4-14 years 12,00 € per day
The tourism tax is 1,75 € per day and person for guests age 14 and older (Premium Holidaypass included).
The payment of this tax entitles you to use all the public transport and many other activities.
The Premium Holidaypass discount card is an exclusive offer from the member establishments of our Tourism Association. It allows free use of public transport in South Tyrol – buses, regional trains and several lift facilities – and includes a varied program of events as well as discounts on many services.
We charge 30 € for the final cleaning
Our apartment house offers a sauna area on payment: 30,00 € for 4 hours, sauna towels and refreshments included
